Retiring LEGO Marvel set, discounted for a limited time at John Lewis
LEGO Marvel‘s slate of retiring sets includes the biggest and most detailed Quinjet ever designed and it’s on sale now at John Lewis.
John Lewis is offering 20% off 76248 The Avengers Quinjet, but only for a limited time. Until June 4, 2024, you can save £18 on the retiring LEGO Marvel model in case you missed out on the first LEGO Marvel Quinjet set designed for the initial Avengers movie.
76248 The Avengers Quinjet is designed to be displayed on an included stand which allows you to angle the vehicle for a dynamic showcase. Its minifigures include Thor, Iron Man, Captain America and Loki and Iron Man can be posted to be flying alongside the Quinjet.
The massive Quinjet recreation’s features include moving wings and retractable landing gear as well as a choice of stickers to represent either S.H.I.E.L.D. or The Avengers. It’s an uncommon feature for the set and one which you may want to read about in our review before deciding which selection to apply.
76248 The Avengers Quinjet has a huge interior space with easily enough space for all the included minifigures with room to spare. Officially, there are enough seats for six minifigures in the back and two in the cockpit but you can fit more in when you stand them up.
76248 The Avengers Quinjet retires later this year, though this is subject to change. Should that stay the same, this is likely going to be one of the best discounts on the model before it leaves shelves for good. 76248 The Avengers Quinjet is available now from John Lewis for £71.99 instead of £89.99.
