Rumoured LEGO NINJAGO set plugs gap in 2023 theme line-up
A rumoured LEGO NINJAGO set completes the possible 2023 line-up for the theme, filling a set number gap between other rumoured sets.
According to rumours reported by legen.dleaks on Instagram, a 1,038-piece set could be on its way at some point this year. The rumoured name is 71795 Temple of the Dragon Energy Cores and it’s believed to cost around $90.
Although this would be a large set, it pales in comparison to the huge rumoured set that was spotted earlier today. Nonetheless, this would become the third-largest build to make it into the theme in 2023, if true. Judging by the name, we can likely expect a scene set, including a temple and dragon energy, reflecting the dragon-heavy mechs and other builds dominating LEGO NINJAGO at the moment.
As always, we’ll need to take this news with a pinch of salt until we get confirmation from the LEGO Group. Until then, here’s a reminder of everything confirmed and rumoured for the LEGO NINJAGO theme this year.
