Seven things we spotted in LEGO Star Wars 75331 The Razor Crest

LEGO Star Wars 75331 The Razor Crest realises the iconic ship at a new, larger scale, and that means plenty of references to find.

LEGO Star Wars: The Mandalorian’s largest set has been officially revealed as 75331 The Razor Crest recreates Din Djarin’s mobile home and bounty-hunting base at a size that only the Ultimate Collector Series can allow for. This massive model is packed full of references to the series as well as interesting details to point out to your friends

While you wait for 75331 The Razor Crest to launch on October 3 for VIP members or October 7 for everyone, here are seven things we spotted in 75331 The Razor Crest.

7 – A carbon-freezing chamber

Unlike the larger build based on the Cloud City chamber in 75137 Carbon-Freezing Chamber, the Razor Crest’s more mobile method of transporting bounties without argument is included in 75331 The Razor Crest alongside two captured bounties and the Mythrol ready to be frozen in carbonite.

6 – Door ramps

The doors on the side of the Razor Crest are too high off the ground to contact the surface when they fold down, so a pair of folding ramps have been integrated into the ship to help Grogu and Din Djarin board and depart. It’s a small detail but one that helps to sell the accuracy of the model.

5 – The sleeping quarters

Every good bounty hunter needs a place to sleep and just like 75292 The Razor Crest, 75331 The Razor Crest features a sleeping quarters for Din Djarin, filling out another area of the accurate interior in the UCS set.

4 – The escape pod

The Razor Crest’s escape pod has had an upgrade since 75292 The Razor Crest as the version in 75331 The Razor Crest comes complete with a lay of glass between the minifigures and the cold vacuum of space.

3 – The shift knob

It might not be a toy, but Grogu loves the Razor Crest’s shift knob and 75331 The Razor Crest includes the item by using a projectile element. It’s another detail taken straight from the series that long-time fans will enjoy.

2 – The eggs

In the second season of The Mandalorian, Din Djarin and Grogu help a froglike alien transport her eggs across the galaxy to raise their family. However, Grogu finds another use for these eggs as tempting snacks. While the mother isn’t included, the eggs are included as an additional accessory.

1 – The hovering pram

After first being introduced in bricks (at minifigure scale) in 75307 Star Wars Advent Calendar with a red and grey colour scheme, the more recognisable white version of the hovering pram that Grogu rides in is featured in 75331 The Razor Crest for the first time at minifigure scale.
