Star Wars: Visions Volume 2 first trailer released
The first trailer for Star Wars: Visions Volume 2 has been officially revealed at Star Wars Celebration, offering a look at the short anthology series.
Animation studios from all around the world will be featured in a new collection of Star Wars Visions shorts for the second volume on May 4, 2023. The studios include El Guiri (Spain), Cartoon Saloon (Ireland), Punkrobot (Chile), Aardman (United Kingdom), Studio Mir (South Korea) Studio La Cachette (France), 88 Pictures (India), D’art Shtajio (Japan), and Triggerfish (South Africa).
A look at the nine upcoming shorts is featured in the new trailer with Aardman’s being particularly easy to identify.
Despite the potential in the first volume, Star Wars: Visions has yet to receive any LEGO sets and considering its nearing release on May 4, that seems unlikely to change for Volume 2. Still, it should offer a variety of alternative perspectives on the wider Star Wars universe.
