$100 off 10305 Lion Knights’ Castle

LEGO fans in the US can score an incredible 25% off last year’s flagship 90th-anniversary set at LEGO.com. This unprecedented $100 discount on 10305 Lion Knights’ Castle makes the LEGO Group’s biggest (and arguably best) castle of all time that little bit more accessible – and also makes buying a second copy a little more palatable. Wondering what to do with a second one? Rebrickable has some answers.

20% off 43222 Disney Castle

If you’re on the other side of the pond but still have a castle-shaped itch to scratch, shopDisney has a magical first discount available on 43222 Disney Castle. The successor to 2016’s 71040 The Disney Castle only launched this summer, but is already down to just £275.99 – a 25% saving on its £344.99 RRP. With plenty of exclusive minifigures in the box and a revamped colour scheme, there’s plenty to keep you busy into Xmas here.

£40 off 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell

10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell is available exclusively at LEGO.com, in LEGO Stores and at Amazon in the UK, so discounts on the LEGO Group’s long-awaited journey back to Middle-earth are few and far between. Amazon has shaved £40 off the price of possibly 2023’s best LEGO set for Black Friday, which – all things considered – is worth a look. Every little helps.

$100 off 10303 Loop Coaster

This is another LEGO.com discount that’s only available stateside, and US readers should count yourselves lucky: 10303 Loop Coaster is among the LEGO Group’s most ambitious sets, and this unchained feat of engineering can now be yours for only $299.99. That’s a huge $100 off its standard retail price. Plenty of cash left over for buying the necessary motors to power it, then…

£150 off 42146 Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 13000

This year’s most expensive LEGO set doesn’t hail from Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter or even Icons. Instead, LEGO Technic has claimed that crown with 42146 Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 13000, a LEGO set so large that it requires specially-made counterweights to stop it toppling over (just like in real life). It usually comes in at £579.99, but Zavvi has slashed the price of the giant yellow machine down to just £429.99 for Black Friday.

25% off 43232 Peter Pan & Wendy’s Flight over London

One of this year’s most attractive LEGO Disney 100th anniversary sets is also one of its most egregiously-priced, as 43232 Peter Pan & Wendy’s Flight over London normally retails for a staggering £57.99. That’s a tall order for just 466 pieces and three minifigures, which means this set has largely flown under the radar – despite offering a uniquely artistic display model. Thankfully, Hamleys has brought it down to a far more reasonable £43.50.

53% off 76216 Iron Man Armoury

LEGO discounts rarely reach half price, but this Marvel-ous deal from Amazon US actually creeps beyond the 50% mark. At the time of writing, 76216 Iron Man Armoury is available for just $41.99, or a huge 53% off its $89.99 RRP. The same LEGO Marvel set – and its instant collection of Iron Man suits – is 40% off at LEGO.com in the US, but has already sold out at that level in the UK. It’s retiring this year, too.

£155 off 75192 Millennium Falcon

Zavvi has heard your calls for a discount on this behemoth from a galaxy far, far away, ratcheting up its previous discount on 75192 Millennium Falcon just in time for the big day. It’s now available for only £579.99 while stocks last (or until the price changes again), which is a whopping £155 off its current RRP.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
