The bricks are back at LEGOLAND Deutschland

After a lengthy 220 days of closure, LEGOLAND Deutschland has been allowed to reopen as conditions in the region improve, but visiting builders will have to follow a new set of guidelines.

LEGOLAND Deutschland resort has now reopened from June 10 as the previously listed conditions have been met in the local area. The brick-based theme park and several of its attractions are ready to welcome guests again, but many of the rides remain closed until conditions improve further. You can find an overview of all open experiences on the LEGOLAND Deutschland app.

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the resort has a new attraction for builders to see with the same MYTHICA 4D movie that will also be coming to LEGOLAND Florida. There will also be a VIDIYO music festival later in the year as well as ongoing celebrations for NINJAGO’s anniversary.

Builders looking to travel to LEGOLAND Deutschland this season will need to familiarise themselves with the new health and safety guidelines. These include keeping 1.5m away from other groups, wearing a facemask in designated areas for anyone over the age of six, regular disinfecting and using cashless methods of payment. You can find out more on the dedicated website, which you are recommended to check regularly before you visit.

Despite the difficulties from the last year, LEGOLAND attractions around the world continue to develop with the most recent Discovery Centre opening in the San Francisco Bay Area and another set to open in Brussels in 2022.
