The LEGO Marvel 2022 mechs are back at LEGO.com, including Wolverine minifigure

The three LEGO Marvel 2022 mechs that disappeared from the official online store before their intended release have reappeared with new dates.

76202 Wolverine Mech Armor,76203 Iron Man Mech Armorand76204 Black Panther Mech Armor are all back at LEGO.com with new release dates that reveal that the sets are no longer cancelled.

April 1 is the new launch day for the three superhero mechs, which include a brand new Wolverine minifigure, a character that is rarely seen in bricks in recent years. The updated iteration of the X-Men member will now release later this year following the news that the Marvel 2022 models had a stability issue.

With the addition of these sets to the official online store, there are no immediately noticeable differences to the structure of the builds. Looking towards the hips, where a potential reason for the delay was discovered, it uses the same technique, though it may be that these are placeholders and new renders will be uploaded to LEGO.com before launch.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
