Three new official LEGO modular building add-ons now available online

Three brand new (and official!) add-ons for the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection are now available to order through Pick a Brick.

The LEGO Group debuted a new addition to the modular street during its Black Friday preview event this week, consisting of a small customisable kiosk on a deep pavement. The instructions and parts list for that build are available online for free – and the company has now created a readymade order for all 172 pieces on Pick a Brick. All you need to do is head to this link and click ‘Pick all Pieces’.

The elements will then be added to your bag ready for checkout. In the UK, the Vending Stand – as it’s called on Pick a Brick – costs a total of £26.95. That gives you enough pieces to build it as either the frog, bone or wig stand in the instructions, but as you can’t build all three simultaneously, you could pick one in advance and remove a handful of parts to keep costs down.

That’s not the only cute new addition to the modular street up for grabs, though: a Construction Site and Winter Scene are also available through Pick a Brick, or at least have readymade order lists. Some of the pieces required for the Winter Scene are currently not in stock, preventing ordering any of them using the ‘Pick all Pieces’ button, but you could manually add the available pieces and source the rest elsewhere.

The Construction Site’s 150 required elements are in stock and ready to go, meanwhile, totalling £22.59. The build could easily slot into any modular street as is, with a fence guarding a building currently under construction. You could add a couple of construction workers to bring it to life, and customise it by gradually adding more pieces to the build for a dynamic display.

The Winter Scene offers a perfect starting point for transforming your entire modular street for the seasons, with a snow-covered post box, bench, decorated fence and lamppost, and a small frozen pond. Fair warning: once the pieces for this one come back in stock, it could be a slippery slope to buying up Pick a Brick’s entire supply of white pieces to cover the rest of your city in snow.

Hit the links below to head to Pick a Brick and add any or all of these LEGO modular building add-ons – each of which is built on a 16×32 baseplate – to your bag (when they’re in stock). All the pieces are tagged as Bestsellers, so should ship much faster than Standard Pick a Brick parts, and each model includes enough elements to waive the service fee. You will need to reach the usual £50 minimum order threshold for free delivery, however.

Winter Scene is still not available to buy. Any news on this?

These are a great idea, it’s odd that they don’t all have the connections for the modular building though.
It’ll be interesting to see what different themes people give the kiosk, the chosen ones are a little odd. lol.
