Unlock a secret LEGO 2K Drive race car with this unique code
Thanks to a unique cheat code, you can now add a secret race car to your ever-growing collection of vehicles in LEGO 2K Drive.
Things are starting to heat up in LEGO 2K Drive, with the fast-paced racing game recently receiving its first batch of planned DLC content and also being the focus of a new LEGO Ideas challenge. The Season 1 Drive Pass was recently added to the title, allowing players to access multiple additional vehicles, with two based on LEGO Speed Champions Fast & Furious models, as well as more characters, flairs, brick packs and other bonus items.
LEGO Ideas is also currently shining a spotlight on the game, with a huge prize package to be won by creative builders who submit impressive designs for their own vehicular builds. Now, thanks to the latest issue of LEGO Life magazine popping through the letterbox, players can also add a secret new four-wheeled racer to their collections for free via a unique cheat code.
Featuring a special LEGO DREAMZzz cover, the publication includes a dedicated page on LEGO 2K Drive and a bonus extra for lucky readers – one that seems to be accessible to all. To receive a previously-unseen vehicle, simply head on over to Unkie’s Emporium and select the ‘Redeem Code’ option. Once the pop-up window appears, enter AFVJY5OK and you’ll unlock a 96-piece virtual version of 60053 Race Car, based on the 2014 LEGO Set of the same name.
While the bonus ride in LEGO 2K Drive is a welcome addition to the line-up of brick-built craft on offer, it does lack some of the detail of 60053 Race Car, such as the Octan logos on the roof and bonnet, a number on the side and a sticker on the rear spoiler. There’s no word yet on how the vehicle handles in-game, but you can give it a spin right now to see if it’s a true champion racer.
LEGO 2K Drive is available to purchase on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, Nintendo Switch and PC.
