Video review: LEGO for Adults 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft

Take a closer look at the brilliant build on offer in LEGO for Adults 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft in our video review.

Announced earlier today, the Netflix-inspired set delivers the LEGO Group’s most stylish and sophisticated apartment to date, across 974 pieces and seven minifigures. It’s based on the rebooted version of the 2003 series ‘Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’, expanding on the original show’s ‘make better’ philosophy by opening it up to more than just male guests.

You’ll be able to get your hands on 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft from LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores on October 1, but while you wait, see what we thought of the finished model by hitting play on the video review below.

For more on 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft, read our written review, learn where the original idea for the set came from, and check out the weird (and potentially damaging) discrepancy between its box art and instructions.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
