Which LEGO Castle factions are left after 10332 Medieval Town Square?

Much of LEGO Castle's factions have been brought back thanks most recently to 10332 Medieval Town Square but there's some yet to be covered.

The presence of a Wolfpack member in 10332 Medieval Town Square ticks one more returning faction off the list of LEGO Castle groups yet to be depicted since the old era and style of LEGO sets. Models including the new town square, 21325 Medieval Blacksmith, 10305 Lion Knights' Castle and more have provided Minifigures featuring the same emblems as these nostalgic factions.

Various LEGO Collectible Minifigures series have been beneficial in reviving every group from the classic theme. There remains but a handful left to offer modern minifigures.

Here's every LEGO Castle faction that has yet to return in the modern era of LEGO Castle. For this list, we're counting the modern era of minifigures as 2005 and onwards, including the likes of Knights Kingdom II and onwards.

Black Knights

Their emblem may seem similar to the Dragon Masters, but the Black Knights feature a gryphon on their shields and flag. The faction has yet to return and is easily identified by their mostly black buildings and vehicles.

As one of the earlier factions to debut in LEGO Castle, they may be next up for a revival in the modern age of LEGO Castle but nothing has been confirmed. It would be good to pit them against the Black Falcons again though.

Royal Knights

While royalty has featured in many LEGO Castle and Castle-adjacent models in the modern era of LEGO sets, the Royal Knights specifically have yet to be brought back. They last featured in Knights Kingdom in 2000 and can be identified by their emblem of a lion wearing a crown.

Admittedly, their presence alongside the Lion Knights might be a bit confusing in the modern era, but a special group dedicated to guarding royalty could fit within that wider faction.

Bull Knights

Similar to the Wolfpack, the Bull Knights may be harder to bring back than other factions have been but a one-off minifigure in a larger set could be one option for their return. The aggressive group's emblem depicts a bull with red eyes, opting for various forms of siege weaponry in 2000's Knights Kingdom.

Otherwise, various minifigures and gifts-with-purchases have revived every other LEGO Castle faction since 2005, depicting the minifigures in the modern style consisting of amended eyes and more.
