853967 Wooden Minifigure 20% off at LEGO.com UK – Black Friday deals

LEGO.com UK has slashed 20% off 853967 Wooden Minifigure in its latest Black Friday deal.

The LEGO Originals figure launched last year for £109.99. It can now be yours for just £87.99 over at LEGO.com – so if you’ve been waiting to take the plunge, now’s the time to place your order. While better discounts aren’t unheard of on LEGO.com, the Black Friday deals cap out at 20% off.

It’s also double the equivalent US discount, which brings the price of 853967 Wooden Minifigure down from $119.99 to $107.99. And given the blank canvas statue is exclusive to LEGO.com, you probably won’t find a better deal anywhere else.

Unless you had your finger on the pulse in the early hours of Friday morning, anyway. That’s because 853967 Wooden Minifigure was also briefly available through the VIP Rewards Centre at a cost of 9,000 points, which is equivalent to £56 in VIP Reward Vouchers. Keep an eye on LEGO.com at midnight tonight, though, as more stock may be added for fast-fingered fans.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
