Become a part of Miniland at the LEGOLAND California Resort

LEGO fans have the opportunity to build a Miniland doppelganger and have the figure placed in situ at the LEGOLAND California Resort.

This year marks 20 years since the LEGOLAND California Resort first opened and fans in the USA could enjoy a local LEGO themed attraction. A special activity has launched at the theme park to acknowledge the milestone – ‘Build a Minilander’.

For $9.99, guests can build a Miniland scale version of themselves a the Miniland Trading Co. They then select an area in Miniland USA where the character will be placed, with their mini self then taking up residence in the area chosen. Guests leave with an official certificate of Miniland citizenship.

It is a fun way for fans to celebrate their visit, but will only be available for a limited time – presumably so that Miniland does not suffer from any over population issues.
