Double VIP points now available on all purchases at LEGO.com

The latest LEGO double VIP points promo is now running online and in-store, offering the best effective discount you’ll find on the LEGO Group’s biggest sets.

Double VIP points is equivalent to 10% cashback in rewards vouchers to spend on future purchases – twice the normal rate of 5% through the LEGO Group’s loyalty program, and arguably the best discount around on direct-to-consumer exclusives.

Among those are the likes of 10276 Colosseum (review), 75978 Diagon Alley (review) and the newly-released 75309 Republic Gunship (review), which will each net you the equivalent of £45 / £37 / £32 (adjust for your local currency) back in points to spend on discount vouchers and exclusive rewards.

It’s also a great chance to grab some of the LEGO Group’s recent heavy hitters, including 71395 Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block, 10284 Camp Nou – FC Barcelona (review) and 76391 Hogwarts Icons Collectors’ Edition (review).

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
