Every design in the BrickLink Designer Program Series 8 crowd vote

We’ve rounded up all 384 designs in the BrickLink Designer Program Series 8 crowd vote to help you decide where to cast your vote.

Series 8 has a whopping 384 designs that are open to vote on right now. That’s a lot to browse through, with dozens of sets across castle, sci-fi, fantasy, nature, and more. The crowd support phase of Series 8 is open from now until May 16, with voting now underway using the emoji-based system here.

From then, the finalists will be selected and revealed on June 14, 2025, with crowdfunding opening in June 2026. So long as they get 3,000 orders, the sets will then be made, with a limited run of 30,000 of each getting made as a maximum.

Before all of that, however, the public needs to vote. To help you pick out your favourites, Matthew has broken down every single fan-made design in Series 8, as well as highlighting his personal favourite from each subject. Get a quick look at all 384 builds across the latest BrickLink Designer Program by watching the embedded video below, or click straight through to our YouTube channel to share your personal favourite in the comments.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.

There are so many great sets! I wish it was just a catalog I could buy from! After going through all of the sets I have a few thoughts.

I love a lot of the smaller sets, but as an adult I look for the larger more challenging and more impressive sets. I wish Brick link would have 10 finalists; 5 for a large sets category and 5 for a small sets category, set by number of pieces?

I also adore the old west sets. I would love to have a whole old west town. But I HATE top down viewing and nearly all of these sets require ceiling removal to view. This goes for ALL the top down opening for everything (i.e. modulars). I don’t want to have to take by building apart to play with it. I want old-school HINGED buildings or back or side hinged walls to get access. I dismissed MANY designs just because they lacked this detail.

There are so many sets to love, but I’m really interested in the Sleepy Dragon Inn, with its hinged door and LARGE viewing internal space with enough room for hands!
