Final day for free LEGO 40589 Pirate Ship Playground GWP

It’s your last day to pick up the free LEGO 40589 Pirate Ship Playground GWP and there’s never been a better time with all the June 2023 releases.

Offered towards the end of May 2023 alongside 40529 Children’s Amusement Park and 40606 Spring Fun VIP Add-On Pack, the other two GWPs have since sold out in many regions, despite being scheduled to end today, June 3. Thankfully, 40589 Pirate Ship Playground has made it to the end of its deal period in case you have any models you have yet to grab.

Featuring two minifigures, 40589 Pirate Ship Playground is based on a pirate-centric play area with a rotating octopus shooting water, a slide and a climbing wall.

It’s available until the end of the day with orders of £95 / $100 / €100 and stock remains in the US, the UK and Europe. There’s a lot to pick from to get to this threshold from 10323 PAC-MAN Arcade to 71799 NINJAGO City Markets and the rest of the new June 2023 sets. We’ve got a buyers’ guide to read through for those who can’t quite pick between them all. Of course, you can also pre-order several sets to qualify for the gift, including those from LEGO DREAMZzz.

A rumour that stated that 40589 Pirate Ship Playground would be offered from May 22 to June 3, which turned out to be accurate, also mentioned that a double VIP points event would be held from June 9. 40607 Summer Fun VIP Add-on Pack is also reported to be available from tomorrow with a few more gifts rumoured for later in the month.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
