First look at LEGO Despicable Me 4 polybag
Following a flurry of surprise LEGO Minions reveals, we’ve now got official confirmation and a first look at the LEGO Despicable Me 4 polybag.
First only rumoured, 30678 Minions’ Jetboard has now been officially confirmed via the LEGO Building Instructions Page, confirming that the polybag is on the way and set name of 30678 Minions’ Jetboard. While the LEGO Group’s new listing doesn’t offer any pictures, we can turn to German retailer Lucky Bricks for the first look at the LEGO Despicable Me 4 polybag.
The retailer also reveals the European price of €3.99, in line with its rumoured price of $4.99 and standard polybag pricing, with an upcoming release date of May 1.
The set includes either Tim or Kevin (the two are tricky to tell apart sometimes), riding a jet board and sporting a blue lightning gun and a spanner. Tim/Kevin appears to be tweaking the vehicle while on the move, with an enormous jet engine attached to the back for propulsion.
This comes after the LEGO Group not only revealed a full wave of LEGO Minions sets earlier today but also made them available to buy in an unusual move. It’s not yet clear how 30678 Minions’ Jetboard will be available to buy but third-party retailers like Lucky Bricks are usually your best bet for builds like these.
