Five ways to get 40594 Houses of the World 3 before it’s too late

40594 Houses of the World 3 is still in stock, so here are some ideas for how to get your hands on the free gift while it lasts.

The third of four entries in the Houses of the World series was first revealed back in June, but has been available to take home via LEGO.com and from LEGO Stores since August 11. At the time of writing, there appears to be stock left but, much like the others in the series, 40594 Houses of the World 3 requires a pretty high spend to get it for free as a GWP.

You’ll need to order at least £220 / $250 / €250 worth of sets to take home the miniature cabin, but thankfully there are no restrictions on particular themes for that threshold. That means that now is as good a time as any to pull the trigger on some bigger ticket sets to make sure you take home 40594 Houses of the World 3, a pretty good-looking GWP, for free.

Here are some suggestions for sets that will instantly send you over that minimum threshold.

5 – LEGO Ideas 21335 Motorised Lighthouse

Year: 2022 Price: £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99 Pieces: 2,065 Retired: No

The rustic cabin vibe of 40594 Houses of the World 3 would pair nicely with 21335 Motorised Lighthouse, as well as staying pretty close to the minimum threshold to get as much bang for your buck as possible. 21335 itself is a stunningly aesthetic model, with tall, thin dimensions that lend it well to be stored in tight spaces. The cool, muted colour scheme of the set makes it a pleasure to display, and the cyclical structure makes for an engaging build process as well.

4 – LEGO Ideas 21318 Tree House

Year: 2019 Price: £214.99 / $249.99 / €249.99 Pieces: 3,036 Retired: No

Another set that aligns aesthetically with 40594 Houses of the World 3 is 21318 Tree House. Where do you think the minifigures got that wood stored out the front of the GWP?

You could even get creative and use the seasonal leave elements to decorate 40594 as well, keeping both sets in the same season for extra continuity. For any fans of nature-focused architecture, this pairing is sure to delight.

3 – LEGO Creator Expert 10255 Assembly Square

Year: 2017 Price: £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99 Pieces: 4,002 Retiring: December, 2023

With 10255 Assembly Square on its way out and into retirement at the end of this year, now is as good a time as any to make sure you don’t miss out. The Modular Building set includes three buildings in one, as well as a charming outside space, complete with a fountain and various market stalls. Its population spans all ages, including even a LEGO baby tucked away safely in its pram.

2 – LEGO Marvel 76178 Daily Bugle

Year: 2021 Price: £299.99 / $349.99 / €349.99 Pieces: 3,772 Retired: No

Of course, you don’t need to choose something that pairs nicely with 40594 Houses of the World 3 to add it to your collection. After all, the threshold is not theme-specific, so this could also be the time to tick off a white whale from your list – and we know 76178 Daily Bugle is up there for many. An impressive homage to Spider-Man throughout the ages, there are heaps of references and inside jokes packed into this set’s towering height, making it a must-buy for any fan of the web-slinging hero.

1 – LEGO Icons 10323 PAC-MAN Arcade

Year: 2021 Price: £299.99 / $349.99 / €349.99 Pieces: 3,772 Retired: No

Another option that is only just over the minimum threshold for 40594 Houses of the World 3, 10323 PAC-MAN Arcade is a nostalgia-inducing set that has as many interactive capabilities as it does display clout. The vibrant colours transport you back to times of retro arcade gaming and the brick-built ghosts are truly a treat for any fans of the iconic game.

You never know when 40594 Houses of the World 3 will go out of stock, so if you’re keen to get your hands on it, we’d recommend taking the leap on one of these sets sooner rather than later.
