Four Emmy nominations for LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures
The animated TV series, LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, that launches last year on Disney XD is up for four Emmy awards. The show, that follows the exploits of Xander, Corty and Rowan Freemaker along with their butler droid Roger sees them hurled into the middle of a plot by the Sith to own the galaxy’s ultimate weapon.
Bill Motz and Bob Roth are the showrunners, and responded to the news with a Tweet:

LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures is up for the following Emmy awards:
- Best Children’s Animated Program
- Best Casting for an Animated Series or Special
- Best Animation Sound Editing
- Best Music Direction and Composition
The series is a collaborative effort between WilFilm, the LEGO Group and Lucasfilm. Season Two has not been announced, although Motz and Roth dropped a pretty big hint at Star Wars Celebration last year and new LEGO sets based on the series are coming this Summer.
Season One is currently available on DVD, and 75147 StarScavenger and 75145 Eclipse Fighter are available from shop.LEGO.com.
