Free LEGO Botanicals Mini Orchid returns for Mother’s Day
Visitors to John Lewis stores in the UK next weekend will get another chance to pick up a free LEGO Botanicals build, ahead of this year’s Mother’s Day.
Mother’s Day 2025 will be taking place on March 30 in the UK, giving devoted children one week to find the perfect gift for at least 50% of their favourite parents. The good news is that retailer John Lewis is giving away a free LEGO Botanicals make and take model next weekend that might just be what you’re looking for.
Visitors to participating John Lewis stores on March 29 from 10am to 12pm will be able to pick up a Mini Orchid build to assemble there and then or construct later at home. The promotional set was last offered up by the retailer as a freebie for Valentine’s Day, but its return as a Mother’s Day set makes complete sense too.
The Mini Orchid model is a tiny, scaled version of the much larger 10343 Mini Orchid, currently available for £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99. The 274-piece set is part of the Four Gentlemen collection, which also includes 10344 Lucky Bamboo, 10368 Chrysanthemum and 10369 Plum Blossom.
Note that only a handful of John Lewis stores in the UK will be participating in the Wild Orchid make and take event, so be sure to check in advance here to find out where to obtain the LEGO Botanicals freebie from. Only one make and take model will be available per person, while stocks last.
In addition, those who pop into their local LEGO Store in the UK and Ireland this weekend can also snag a free brick-built Mother’s Day Flower until 2pm today.
