Free LEGO Hidden Side Phone Ring Stand with pre-orders at Game

There is a free exclusive item at Game for those pre-ordering LEGO Hidden Side sets, a stand for a phone.

LEGO Hidden Side is the LEGO Group’s biggest new theme launch since The LEGO Movie 2 at the beginning of the year and given the digital aspect to the new building/AR experience, it seems that Game is a retailer expecting to do well with the sets.

Like shop.LEGO.com, Game is taking pre-orders on the new theme, with anyone who does so getting a free, exclusive phone ring stand – as reader and Game employee Alex kindly pointed out. It might be useful when using the app with the sets, as it will allow fans to view the haunted version of the sets and keep both hands free.

LEGO Hidden Side will launch on August 1, introducing the spooky new theme that works with a bespoke app to allow users to play through the story. Set in Newbury, the sets see Jack and Parker attempting to protect their hometown from the ghostly goings-on that only they can see through their specially adapted phone.

In an exclusive interview with Brick Fanatics, LEGO Senior Product Lead Murray Andrews explained how this new theme was developed to combine physical building and digital action.
