LEGO 71033 The Muppets Collectible Minifigures added to LEGO.com

The official reveal for the teased 71033 The Muppets Collectible Minifigures is likely happening soon with two new additions to the LEGO website.

A listing labelled 71033 has been added to the LEGO Instructions database, likely in preparation for the full announcement of the rumoured The Muppets Collectible Minifigures, which has already been teased.

Based on previous additions to the online store in this way, an announcement seems likely either later today, or tomorrow provided that it’s the weekend at the time of writing.

However, there might be more confirmation that the next Collectible Minifigures Series is based on The Muppets, as while 71033 is without a name on LEGO.com, 71035 is not. 71035 is listed as a six-pack of minifigures, likely to be a random assortment, naming The Muppets specifically.

The Looney Tunes range also received a six-pack, suggesting that this is likely to be the equivalent for The Muppets series.

Previous rumours for this series suggested that the following characters would be included, though only Kermit’s minifigure has been revealed so far:

Kermit the Frog
Miss Piggy
Fozzie Bear
Animal
Swedish Chef
Gonzo
Beaker
Waldorf
Statler
Janice
Rowlf the Dog
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew

We’ll have to wait and see whether The Muppets Collectible Minifigures will be revealed later today, April 17, or tomorrow though it seems that it’s only a matter of time until we get the first official look at the next range of minifigures.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.

I’m fairly certain these are already available in stores and people have purchased them. At least, I’ve seen people posting pictures of theirs.
