LEGO Animal Crossing sets on back order in the US – or get them today at Barnes & Noble

Every single LEGO Animal Crossing set is on back order just days after release, but you don’t necessarily have to wait up to 60 days to get them.

LEGO Animal Crossing is off to a strong start following its release at the start of this month. The second Nintendo theme’s full range of current sets could see you waiting up to two months to start building them in the US. Thankfully, another retailer has plenty of stock at the same price.

Barnes & Noble has every LEGO Animal Crossing set in stock right now from 77050 Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House and its exclusive Tom Nook minifigure to 77046 Julian’s Birthday Party for an inexpensive addition to your island.

Every LEGO Animal Crossing set has exclusive minifigures but the most popular characters are likely to be Isabelle in 77049 Isabelle’s House Visit and Tom Nook in 77050 Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House.

Some of the various villagers that can appear in-game randomly are scattered across the sets including in 77047 Bunnie’s Outdoor Activities but 77048 Kapp’n’s Island Boat Tour includes another notable character to collect as Kapp’n is featured with his boat ready to sing a song as you sail the seas.

The features in the LEGO Animal Crossing sets mostly consist of the ability and encouragement to combine them and make a customised island to display and play with. It’s worth keeping in mind though that there are more secretive features found throughout the wave recreating specific functions from Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Those who want to collect the full wave and not wait up to 60 days are in luck thanks to Barnes & Noble in the US. There’s no telling how long their stock will last so you may want to order sooner rather than later. There’s also a free Easter Bunny LEGO set available with orders of $25 or more right now at the retailer.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
