LEGO confirms more than 100 sets retiring in July 2026

The LEGO Group has added a ‘retiring soon’ tag to more than 100 sets on the official online store, confirming they’re all on the way out this summer.

July 2026 is an unusual flashpoint in the retiring LEGO sets schedule. Most sets typically retire at the end of the year, with only a handful leaving shelves midway through. But this year, more than 100 sets are being shown the door by July 31, across themes including Star Wars, Ideas, Icons, Technic, Harry Potter, City, Marvel and more. The LEGO Group has now added the ‘retiring soon’ tag to the vast majority of these at LEGO.com.

That’s notable for two reasons. First, it’s official confirmation of what we’ve already known for a while thanks to our retiring LEGO sets page. And second, it suggests that these sets are now locked in for retirement this summer: there will be no more movement or last-minute extensions, as we saw with 10307 Eiffel Tower earlier this year.

At the time of writing, 86 products are marked as ‘retiring soon’ in the UK, 95 are on the list in the US, and the ‘retiring soon’ page in Europe features 111 sets. It’s rare for a LEGO set to retire in one region and not another, though it does happen – 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage retired in 2025 in the UK, but is still available in Europe. So while you can browse the European version of LEGO.com, your best bet for finding out which sets are due to retire this summer is still our own master retiring sets page.

Among those are 76417 Gringotts Wizarding Bank Collectors’ Edition, 77092 Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 and 21348 Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon’s Tale, to name just a few of the heaviest hitters retiring this July. Other departing sets of particular interest include 42143 Ferrari Daytona SP3, 10327 Dune Atreides Royal Ornithopter and 76435 Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall, the latter of which you’ll want to make a beeline for if you’re eyeing up the full Hogwarts Castle setup.

Browse every LEGO set retiring this July by theme on our regularly-updated retiring LEGO sets page, or head through to LEGO.com to see what’s on the list where you are.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
