LEGO Ideas wants you to design another life-sized item set
Yet another LEGO Ideas challenge asking for a submission that will become a real set has opened, this time putting the focus on a familiar concept.
After an especially nostalgic contest opened earlier this month, the LEGO Ideas team have opened up yet another challenge to the community, and this one will also result in an official LEGO Ideas set.
The Timeless Creations challenge specifically asks for recreations of vintage objects from around your home, which would be a fitting description for several official sets, including 21332 The Globe and 21327 Typewriter.

The LEGO Ideas team clarify that modern items are allowed too, so long as whatever you pick is timeless in some way. References to allowed IPs are eligible this time as well, but double-check that your brand is allowed by creating a new project to avoid disappointment. Submitted builds must be between 200 and 5,000 pieces.
You can submit your model from now until May 5, and then a fan vote will be held on May 26 with up to five builds picked from the selection. Then it’s up to us to decide which submission will become a future LEGO Ideas set, and the winner will be announced no later than September 8.
Every model that makes it to the fan vote will see their fan designer receive 21323 Grand Piano, 21345 Polaroid OneStep SX-70 Camera and 10334 Retro Radio. Get designing now, and you could be in with a chance at joining the list of every LEGO Ideas set in production in the future. Head to the official challenge page to submit your entry when you’re ready.
