LEGO MASTERS Series 2 begins tonight on Channel 4

LEGO MASTERS returns to Channel 4 tonight for a second series of brick building competition.

A second series of LEGO MASTERS begins at 8.00pm tonight on Channel 4. Eight pairs of LEGO fans will battle it out over five weeks in a variety of building challenges to see which duo has the skills to be the 2018 champions. Brick Fanatics will be live-tweeting along with the episode, so be sure to follow @BrickFanatics.

Melvin Odoom returns as host, with the LEGO Group’s Vice President of Design Matthew Ashton back to judge the contestants, joined by scientist and engineering enthusiast Fran Scott. A celebrity guest will join the show each week, including famous LEGO fans Johnny Vegas, Paddy McGuinness and Chris Ramsey.

In tonight’s episode, the teams are challenged to build a 1.3m long bridge, with no advance planning. With Melvin introducing his monster truck packed with weights, not every bridge is likely to survive. The planned challenge will allow each team to put together their own skyscraper floor, before all eight floors are stacked for the ultimate LEGO skyscraper.
