LEGO Originals Pop-up Gallery will launch mysterious new product

LEGO VIPs have been invited to a special LEGO Originals Pop-Up Gallery that promises to reveal a mysterious new product.

On November 1 and 2, Covent Garden in London, UK, will host a LEGO Originals Pop-up Gallery. VIPs have received an e-mail to book a timeslot to visit this morning, although within 30 minutes of the e-mail being received, all of the timeslots were booked up – leaving a lot of fans unable to book.

LEGO Originals is the brand that produces items that relate to the company’s heritage, so far including exclusive prints at the LEGO VIP Reward Centre. Appropriately, this new item will be a “brand new wooden LEGO collectible”, harking back to the company’s early years producing wooden toys.

It does not come cheap, with the price tag noted as £109.99. Those who attend the Pop-up Gallery to buy the item – that it is understood will be available elsewhere later – will also get an exclusive poster for free. Given that there is no information yet as to specifically what the wooden collectible will be, there is an air of intrigue around the launch event.
