A preview of what the LEGO minifigure skins coming to Sonic Superstars look like in gameplay has been revealed ahead of the game's launch.
Sonic Stadium has gotten their hands on Sonic Superstars ahead of release later this week and they've shown off what the LEGO minifigure skins look like in-game. Skins confirmed for the game so far include the LEGO minifigures of Dr. Eggman (available with pre-orders), Tails, Amy and a digital-only – so far – minifigure of Knuckles (available in the digital deluxe edition).

The Knuckles minifigure is exclusive to the game so far and whether it will be included in a future LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog set, as rumoured, has yet to be confirmed. Sonic is the only minifigure to not appear in the game, but the team reports that he will be part of a free DLC in the future.
The team at Sonic Stadium have also shared a video showcasing Sonic Superstar's Battle Mode, which just so happens to include a LEGO level featuring builds from the LEGO sets. This appears to be a more complete LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog experience than expected. Any gameplay of LEGO Dr. Eggman has yet to be revealed.
Sonic Superstars and its LEGO DLC for Knuckles, Amy, Tails and Dr. Eggman releases on October 17, 2023, and is available to pre-order now.
