LEGO Star Wars Castaways event includes never-before-seen minifigures
The LEGO Apple Arcade game LEGO Star Wars: Castaways has a new Clone Wars event now on with never-before-seen minifigures.
As one of the only LEGO Apple Arcade games still exclusive to the service, LEGO Star Wars: Castaways hosts regular in-game events based on series and other parts of a galaxy far, far away. In the past, this has included The Mandalorian and from today until February 26, it includes a Clone Wars event.
The full suite of rewards available during this event has been revealed with key art showcasing some new minifigure designs.
Instagram user tnrcustoms opened up the title to share a better look at the three new Clone Trooper minifigures. The array of minifigures in this event also includes the new Commander Cody from 75337 AT-TE Walker and Captain Rex is featured too, timing with the upcoming LEGO Star Wars helmets.
It’s common for LEGO minifigures to be designed exclusively for a digital-only environment and LEGO Star Wars: Castaways has a fair few minifigures that don’t physically exist. However, none of these Clone Troopers uses any new pieces, just different colours and designs for existing parts. Despite this, it may be wise to set expectations accordingly as these minifigures may be limited to LEGO Star Wars: Castaways.
A few days after the event ends, three more LEGO Star Wars helmet models will launch, two of which correspond to characters in this event.
