LEGO Star Wars Galactic Marine minifigure finally confirmed for UK magazine

The latest issue of the official LEGO Star Wars magazine finally confirms that the Galactic Marine will be hitting shelves very soon in the UK.

What may be the most highly-anticipated issue of Immediate Media’s LEGO Star Wars magazine this year will arrive at supermarkets, newsagents and at all good retailers in the UK in late July to early August. The final page of Issue 138 – which is available now and includes a microscale 75354 Coruscant Guard Gunship – confirms that the Galactic Marine trooper will be included with Issue 139.

That minifigure is currently exclusive to the widely-panned 75413 Republic Juggernaut, so being able to get your hands on it for a fraction of the price of the August 2025 set will be music to the ears of LEGO Star Wars fans everywhere.

LEGO Star Wars magazine Issue 138 cover

Issue 138 of the LEGO Star Wars magazine costs £5.50, which is a good indicator for the price of Issue 139 (and therefore a single Galactic Marine) – assuming it’s the only gift attached to the cover. The mag often includes a bonus gift with popular characters in order to clear house of existing stock and bump up the cover price to £6.99 or higher.

Either way, that’ll still be cheaper than the average selling price on BrickLink over the past six months, which is around £14 for a single Galactic Marine. Three of these troopers are included in 75413 Republic Juggernaut, and even if you own that set you might want to target Issue 139 as a means to bulk out your army.

The only other exclusive and desirable minifigure in that 813-piece set is Commander Bacara, and it feels unlikely that he’ll find his way into the mag… but you never know. You’ll find him separately on BrickLink starting at around £22.

Keep an eye out for Issue 139 of the LEGO Star Wars magazine on shelves towards the end of the month or in early August. Reading this from outside the UK? All isn’t lost: the wider market price for Galactic Marines is already falling from appearances with magazines in Europe, so there’s at least a knock-on benefit from its wider availability. Otherwise, 75413 Republic Juggernaut is available now at LEGO.com.
