LEGO Star Wars May the 4th VIP discount offer confirmed
The LEGO Group will be offering the chance to redeem your VIP points for a major discount on selected LEGO Star Wars sets across this year’s May the 4th event.
Alongside a whole host of free gifts, bonus VIP points and new sets, the LEGO Group’s May the 4th 2023 event will include VIP-exclusive discounts on selected LEGO Star Wars sets. The company’s affiliate team has now confirmed that from May 1 to 7, you’ll be able to unlock a 20% discount on certain products by spending just 100 VIP points in the VIP Rewards Centre.
Given a £5 / $5 / €5 discount voucher usually costs 800 / 650 / 750 points (equivalent to a 5% return on purchases as standard), that works out to far above the typical value of VIP points. If you’ve got a stash waiting to be spent across May the 4th, you’ll now be able to make them go further than ever – at least on selected LEGO Star Wars sets.
Exactly which sets will be included in this offer has yet to be confirmed, but keep an eye on our dedicated May the 4th deals page for all the latest updates. It’s unlikely that any of the brand new sets launching May 1 will be part of the VIP discount scheme, but this could be a great chance to catch up on some of last year’s sets – or even recent 2023 releases, depending on which products the LEGO Group chooses to include.
We also don’t yet know whether you’ll be able to redeem multiple codes for 20% off several sets in one purchase, but as VIP discount codes are generally stackable (compared to physical reward codes, which are one per order), chances are good. As long as we aren’t limited to one code per account, of course.

Even if that is the case, the LEGO Group is offering double VIP points across all LEGO Star Wars sets for May the 4th 2023, so you’ll be able to earn back a bunch of additional points on whichever product you purchase. If you spend enough, you’ll also qualify for up to three free gifts-with-purchase, including 40591 Death Star II, 5007840 Return of the Jedi 40th Collectible and 30654 X-wing Starfighter.
