LEGO Star Wars May the Fourth VIP Sweepstakes is now live
The latest LEGO VIP sweepstakes has gone live on the official online store with a one-of-a-kind, signed Star Wars minifigure prize up for grabs.
As part of the ongoing May the Fourth celebrations at LEGO.com, this month’s VIP sweepstakes contest has been themed to a galaxy far, far away with pilot Dutch Vander given the spotlight in the reward.
The leader of Gold Squadron was responsible for one of the attacks on the Death Star before meeting a cruel fate at the hands, or should that be TIE Fighter blasters, of Darth Vader.
The prize on offer is a sealed minifigure of Dutch Vander accompanied by a picture autographed by the actor of the character, Angus MacInnes. As is usually the case with the monthly VIP contests, 50 points are needed per entry and a maximum of 50 are allowed per member.
We’re not sure who just happens to have 2500 VIP points sitting around for a contest like this, but it might be worth putting a few towards the sweepstakes just in case. It’s not too often that an autographed reward is given away on the official online store, with past items including exclusive minifigures and signed pictures of other actors.
