The reported release date for the rumoured LEGO Transformers Optimus Prime model has been updated by one month by the original source.
The rumoured LEGO for Adults Transformers Optimus Prime set will reportedly release one month later than it was initially believed to be, but note that the LEGO Group has not officially confirmed this information and it should be treated with caution until announced otherwise.
No other details for the rumoured set were shared, but past information suggests that it could be a brick-built depiction of the Autobot that is fully capable of transforming without removing any elements. 1,508 pieces are said to make up the rumoured model and it is reported to cost €169.99.
A UCS plaque has also been mentioned as included along with a jetpack and a weapon.
The source has not noted whether or not this moved release date could affect the potential delayed launch to coincide with the new Transformers film’s also-delayed release date in 2023. However, we may know more – provided the set is real – by June 2022.
