LEGO VIDIYO to bust a move in The Voice UK final

Tonight’s The Voice UK final will feature some special advertisements themed to LEGO VIDIYO and L.L.A.M.A interacting with the show’s iconic swivel chairs.

If you’re planning on tuning in to the final episode of The Voice UK this evening, March 20, you might spot a certain LEGO theme alongside the usual advertisements as ITV has teamed up with LEGO VIDIYO.

A set of three adverts will be included in the ad break, one of which will feature L.L.A.M.A, the first human version of a minifigure to sign a record deal, sitting in one of the show’s red chairs before being immersed in the world of LEGO VIDIYO.

“This work with the LEGO Group really shows the kind of creative opportunities available to brands to be part of ITV’s big Saturday night shows, reaching an engaged mass audience,” said Bhavit Chandrani, Director of Digital & Creative Partnerships at ITV. “The spots work perfectly with the programme and I’m sure will resonate with viewers of The Voice UK final.”

To help amplify the adverts, The Voice UK’s social channels will be running promotional content during the show and even L.L.A.M.A will be joining in on his Instagram account.

This is just the latest part of what has been a sizeable campaign for the new theme, following its launch earlier in March. So far, that campaign has included a life-size BeatBox, themed official podcasts, and a working set of DJ decks.
