LEGO VIP Days event coming soon, with ‘gifts, discounts and more’

The LEGO Group has teased an upcoming VIP Days event, which will involve five days of ‘gifts, discounts and more’ exclusively for VIP members.

A new banner on the Offers & Sale page of LEGO.com announces that ‘LEGO VIP Days are coming’, and the LEGO Group has confirmed in an email to VIP members that the event will run from July 11 to 15. That chimes with the rumoured five days of double VIP points, which Brick Clicker reported last month would apply to all LEGO City, Friends, Technic and Harry Potter sets.

We also know that the fourth and final Bricktober 2022 set, the Fantasy Adventure Ride, will be available to redeem in the VIP Rewards Centre on July 11 – likely for 2,400 points, if it’s matching the previous sets in the series. The question now is: will those be the only offers to mark LEGO VIP Days, or can we expect a few more surprises next week?

It’s tricky to say at this point, because this is the first time the LEGO Group has marketed a specific ‘LEGO VIP Days’ promotion. Its other VIP-focused event is LEGO VIP Weekend, which traditionally runs the week before Black Friday in November, and includes double VIP points, exclusive gifts-with-purchase and occasionally offers such as VIP discount vouchers at a reduced cost.

Any or all of those could well be on the cards for July 11 to 15, because ‘gifts, discounts and more’ is about as vague as you can get. We’ll bring you more on LEGO VIP Days as soon as possible, but for now, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to start shoring up your stash of VIP points…
