More LEGO CITY space set pictures revealed

The LEGO CITY space sets first spotted in a consumer catalogue have had high-quality images surface online, giving us a better view of the builds.

Retailer JB Spielwaren has added 60348 Moon Rover and 60349 Lunar Space Station to their storefront, revealing large images of the two sets that offer a better view than the previous catalogue pages could.

You can take a look at all of the new images below, including the backs of the boxes that showcase the function and features of the upcoming builds:

60348 Moon Rover – €29.99

60349 Lunar Space Station – €59.99

60348 Moon Rover is designed to connect to 60350 Lunar Research Base, allowing the astronauts to explore the moon’s surface in the mobile base and transportation vehicle. The rover is also inspired by NASA’s Artemis Lunar Rover concepts and comes with two minifigures.

The larger set, 60349 Lunar Space Station, comes with five minifigures and a full interior to the floating base as well as a small shuttle that can detach from the station. The inside includes a sleeping area and large windows that look out into space, with room to pose the minifigures as if they were not affected by gravity.

According to the retailer, you can expect to find both of these sets on shelves from March 1, the same month as mentioned in the catalogue.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
