Even more LEGO Technic summer 2025 rumours – Volvo, Ford, Lamborghini
The first details of this summer’s remaining LEGO Technic sets have surfaced, including two potential Powered Up models and a mid-range SUV.
StoneWars published prices and piece counts for a handful of LEGO Technic summer 2025 sets earlier this week, and lego_minecraft_goat has now followed up in a new Instagram story with full set names for each of the remaining mystery models – and the first mention of an alternate colourway for a March 2025 set. First up is 42213 Ford Bronco SUV, coming in at 943 pieces for $59.99.
That’s roughly in line with the already-rumoured 42212 Ferrari FXX K, which is said to cost $59.99 for 897 pieces. We can reasonably expect both of those cars to fall into the same bracket as March’s 42204 Fast & Furious Toyota Supra MK4 and 42205 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray as a result, as the LEGO Group continues to expand its assortment of mid-range vehicles.

Also newly rumoured here is 42217 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Blue, which will seemingly follow in the tyre tracks of previous Technic cars by offering an alternative colour scheme to March’s standard yellow Stingray (pictured above). If you’re keen to expand beyond that scale, set your sights instead on 42214 Lamborghini Revuelto Super Sports Car, which will apparently include 1,135 pieces for $179.99.
That price-per-piece ratio plants it firmly in Powered Up territory, so we can probably expect at least one motor in the box. Likewise 42215 Volvo EC500 Hybrid Excavator, which was first reported by itavix_brix earlier this week and has now been corroborated by lego_minecraft_goat. The flagship LEGO Technic 2025 set is rumoured to cost $399.99 and consist of just 2,359 pieces, leaving space for electronic components in the budget.
Finally, lego_minecraft_goat has also filled in the remainder of the set name for 42211 Lunar Outpost Moon Rover Space Vehicle, which was initially rumoured as simply ‘42211 Lunar Outpost Moon…’. As predicted, it’s another LEGO Technic rover, building on the year of LEGO space in 2024 with a set that may or may not be hooked to private space company Lunar Outpost.
Check out all the details we have for this year’s LEGO Technic line-up in the table below, but take any details not confirmed by the LEGO Group with a grain of salt for now.
