New LEGO Creativity Workshop blooms later this month

LEGO Stores across the UK will play host to another LEGO Creativity Workshop later this month, offering up a butterfly garden build while slots last.

The LEGO Group’s series of Creativity Workshops continues this month with a Botanicals-adjacent build. Dozens of stores all across the UK will be taking part in the workshop, and you can click here to see exactly which stores near you are taking part and book a slot while you can.

For £5 per slot, intended for children ages six to 12, guests will be able to build a butterfly garden model, such as those pictured below

It has not been confirmed whether you get to take home the butterfly garden model home, but it would be best to assume you won’t be taking any LEGO home to avoid disappointment.

The workshops take place on June 15 and 22, and slots are limited. We’d recommend booking while you can for £5 per child. The website states you need to book one slot per child, as well. The start time varies per LEGO Store, and the workshop lasts one hour.

This new workshop follows one for gaming in 2024 and is part of the continuing series of LEGO Creativity Workshops. Click here to book your slot for the UK butterfly garden workshop now.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.

Why would they have you pay to build something you don’t get to keep? I joined a “make and take” in the US for free recently.

These went so fast in my area in Canada. We are so disappointed that we were not able to sign up despite seeing it on their webpage yesterday.
