Everything new in the LEGO Marvel Helicarrier minifigures

LEGO Marvel’s new Helicarrier model is packed with new minifigures, including quite a few firsts, from alternate faces to entire outfits.

When it launches on June 1, 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier will come with six minifigures, all of which have something exclusive for collectors to consider. There are even a few entirely new minifigures based on outfits not yet depicted in LEGO Marvel. The designers behind this massive model were able to confirm to Brick Fanatics exactly what is new in each minifigure at Fan Media Days 2025, and we’re bringing that information to you.

From Captain America to Phil Coulson, here’s everything new you can look forward to in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier’s six minifigures. You can watch the full presentation from the team behind the set by clicking here.

Captain America

Captain America’s minifigure in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier is a first for LEGO Marvel. While the character has been depicted several times, his stealth suit from Captain America: The Winter Soldier was not seen in the theme before 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. As such, almost everything aside from the face print is new, but there’s more to point out.

The minifigure comes with dual-moulded legs, a rarity in LEGO Marvel, arm printing and even printing on the helmet, pictured below. The shield has received a fresh print as well to recreate its stealth suit appearance.

Considering that 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier balances the line between The Avengers and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, this minifigure is a logical inclusion and finally brings this suit to life in LEGO.

Winter Soldier

The Winter Soldier has only appeared a handful of times in LEGO Marvel, but the minifigure in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier is one of the best so far. The minifigure’s head, torso, legs and arms are all brand-new, and that arm-printing is especially appealing. It’s been 10 years since the Winter Soldier received arm printing in a set, foregoing any in 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle.

The head printing is going to be the best part of this minifigure for many enthusiasts, though. Not only does Bucky now sport the eye markings as well as the stubble, but he has a fully masked face, upgrading that of the Winter Soldier polybag from a decade ago.

The new Winter Soldier minifigure in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier is a considerable upgrade over any other, and it’s unlikely that we’ll see any of the prints appear in other sets.

Hawkeye

Hawkeye has been depicted a fair amount in LEGO Marvel, though his minifigure in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier is a first. While we have had a Hawkeye minifigure based on The Avengers before, we have not seen his outfit from when he is mind-controlled by Loki in a set. The outfit differs from the one later in the movie by featuring more black in its colour scheme, as well as short sleeves.

Both features are present in the 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier minifigure, with the head and torso being new. The head’s alternate face even recreates that mind control effect. Notably, the main face print is strikingly similar to Phil Coulson’s from the same set.

Nick Fury

Nick Fury minifigures aren’t too common in LEGO Marvel and the new one in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier revisits an outfit seen in the last huge Helicarrier model. The 2026 minifigure has received a complete makeover, with new printing on the legs, torso and head.

That face also comes with the scar given to Fury by Goose in Captain Marvel, a feature not seen in Nick Fury minifigures before the Spider-Man: Far From Home models.

Maria Hill

Maria Hill has a new minifigure in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier as well, only otherwise appearing in the last huge Helicarrier creation. This minifigure has new printing on the head torso, and arms.

There’s also an alternate face with a stern expression, also adding the headset compared to the last minifigure of the character.

Compared to that last minifigure, the 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier Maria Hill has added arm printing and a unique face print specific to the character.

Phil Coulson

Phil Coulson’s minifigures are exceedingly rare in LEGO Marvel as he has only appeared in 76077 Iron Man: Detroit Steel Strikes from 2017. He’s finally back in 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, and the minifigure is surprisingly similar.

Coulsons 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier minifigure has new printing on the head and torso, but the differences on the latter compared to the previous minifigure are minimal. The head comes with an alternate face print where Coulson is wearing sunglasses.

The tie changing colours, and a slight amendment to the badge are the only significant differences between the torso of the 2017 and 2026 minifigures, but they’re both a good portrayal of the character.

76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier and its six new minifigures will be available at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores from June 1, 2026, for £329.99 / $399.99 / €369.99.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
