Special VIP rewards will be available during LEGO CON 2022

VIP members will be getting access to special treatment at LEGO CON 2022 with unique rewards available during the livestream show.

This year’s LEGO CON is shaping up to be a much more impressive event than the show’s less-than-stellar debut in 2021. Multiple themes have already been confirmed for LEGO CON 2022, including Marvel, Harry Potter, NINJAGO, Super Mario and more. In addition, LEGO Avatar could be making an appearance and multiple LEGO Star Wars sets will also be revealed.

LEGO VIP members aren’t being left out either, with the LEGO Group confirming that they’ll be getting ‘special treatment’ on the day during the show. There’s no word yet on exactly what that will amount to, but the official LEGO CON 2022 landing page has some details.

In the information FAQ for the event, it’s stated that VIP members will be getting ‘special perks during the show’, as well as rewards, downloadable building instructions and early access to the newest sets. There’s also a hint on the page that states, ‘look out for a secret VIP code during the show to unlock even more rewards (shhhh)!’ That would suggest that multiple items will be made available to VIPs, encouraging them to stick around for the full livestream.

The LEGO Group has already released three free sets of downloadable LEGO CON 2022 building instructions for VIP members to grab and make before the event. Whether the perks available during the livestream will be additional digital items or more substantial rewards has yet to be revealed.

LEGO CON 2022 is set to take place on YouTube on June 18 at 5pm in the UK, 12pm in New York and 9am in Los Angeles.
