The LEGO Group seeks customer service feedback

On the LEGO Ambassador Network, the LEGO Group has shared a survey and asked that fans provide feedback on the LEGO customer service feedback.

Can you imagine LEGO customer service 100 years in the future? Do you have ideas about how LEGO customer service could be more like a fan website? Or perhaps you have useful feedback for the LEGO Group? Whichever it is, the company wants to hear from fans.

To complete the survey, click through to the form and start filling in boxes. It is a relatively short survey so should not take too long for those who would like to provide some comments.

For those who have not experienced the LEGO Group’s customer service in a while, perhaps it is time to indulge in one of the recent sets that have been released – LEGO Creator Expert 10269 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy, LEGO Ideas 21318 Treehouse and LEGO Jurassic World 75936 Jurassic Park: T. rex Rampage are all available now for the discerning fan. What’s more, anyone who spends £200 or more at the official LEGO website and signs in with their VIP account will get the reversible tote bag for free.
