There’s one week left until D23 Expo’s Marvel and Star Wars news
The D23 Expo 2022 is one week away and with it will come news for Marvel Studios, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and more.
As of today, September 2, 2022, D23 Expo 2022 is one week away with Disney+ Day kicking off the celebrations the day before in six days. The event’s full schedule has been revealed ahead of the panels as well as the announcement of the first Disney and Marvel Games Showcase – which will feature a reveal for LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga.
Much of the event will be focused on projects that don’t directly involve the LEGO Group though, including the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars, as well as Indiana Jones, which is rumoured to be returning to the LEGO portfolio in 2023.
Some of the D23 Expo panels will be streamed as we reported previously, but this won’t include the showcase panels for Marvel and Star Wars. The Disney and Marvel Games Showcase will at least be streamed on September 9 on Twitch though.
The D23 Expo 2022 begins on September 9 and will run until September 11. Just before it, the annual Disney+ Day will be held with announcements and premieres for the streaming service.
