Time is running out to grab a rare LEGO SDCC Bard the Bowman minifigure
Fans of Middle Earth only have until the end of tomorrow to enter a LEGO VIP sweepstake to win a rare SDCC-exclusive The Hobbit minifigure.
LEGO The Lord of the Rings is back once again this year thanks to three BrickHeadz sets in the shape of 40630 Frodo & Gollum, 40631 Gandalf the Grey & Balrog, and 40632 Aragorn & Arwen. In addition, previous rumours suggest that a larger 10316 Rivendell set may be on the way at some point in 2023, although there’s been no confirmation from the LEGO Group to date to say that’s the case.
In the meantime, VIP members can head to the Rewards Centre right now and trade in 50 points to enter a sweepstake and potentially win a rare LEGO Bard the Bowman minifigure. The promotional item was only ever given away exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con 2014 and a sealed mint version is currently listed on BrickLink at £390.
It’s possible for VIP members to enter the sweepstake up to a maximum of 50 times, but you’ll need to be quick if you want to be in with a chance as the the closing date is January 6, 2023. The LEGO Bard the Bowman minifigure is sealed in a protective display case and graded 95% Gold level by UK Graders, so that’s certainly one good reason to maybe not let your kids take it out and play with it if you do so happen to win The Hobbit character.
