Two Awesome Editions of LEGO 2K Drive have been released today

Players looking to get their hands on LEGO 2K Drive early can pick up two different Awesome Editions of the game from today.

The highly-anticipated LEGO 2K Drive is finally racing into view this week, with the Standard Edition of the game launching on May 19. Developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K, the interactive experience is the first in a series of licensed LEGO video games to emerge from the new partnership.

Packed with fast-paced racing, multiplayer mayhem and collectibles galore, LEGO 2K Drive looks set to be a smash hit, with a year’s worth of post-launch content also in the pipeline. The good news for those eager to get their hands on the game is that two versions of the title are available from today.

Both the Awesome Edition and Awesome Rivals Editions can be picked up on a number of platforms (digital only on Nintendo Switch), with a variety of additional swag. All pre-orders of LEGO 2K Drive come with the bonus Aquadirt Racer Pack DLC, while the Awesome Edition gains an Aquadirt Racer GWP set and digital vehicle, digital flair, digital minifigure and the Year 1 Drive Pass for £84.99 / $99.99 / €99.99.

The most-expensive version of LEGO 2K Drive is the Awesome Rivals Edition, also available from today. Priced at £99.99 / $119.99 / €119.99, the game is only obtainable in digital form and includes all of the content that comes with the Awesome Edition, except for the physical Aquadirt Racer GWP.

The Standard Edition of LEGO 2K Drive is due to launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC on May 19. Click here to find out more about the game, or here to check out all the various versions and pre-order bonuses. 

Pre-orders of the LEGO 2K Drive Awesome Edition at GAME will receive a free 30657 McLaren Solus GT polybag alongside a physical Aquadirt Racer model, while pre-orders of the Standard Edition will be eligible for just the McLaren promotional set.
