When will the LEGO Group announce the Raya and the Last Dragon sets?

By now it’s known that a series of sets are on the way for Disney’s new movie, Raya and the Last Dragon, but with the release around the corner, some may wonder when exactly will these sets, and their details get announced.

Raya and the Last Dragon is the latest in Disney’s ever-expanding animated movie catalogue and features the heroic Raya searching for the last dragon to unite her world against a dark and monstrous threat. If that sounds like the perfect premise for LEGO sets, then you’d be right as it’s previously been revealed that the movie will be accompanied by three LEGO sets.

However, there doesn’t appear to be any official announcement from the LEGO Group or Disney regarding these models. This is especially strange considering much of the merchandise for the film has been announced and made available, as reported by What’s on Disney Plus. With the release of the animated feature coming March 5 to Disney+, it would make sense for the sets to release March 1 alongside other sets from various themes. They’ve even been spotted in physical stores and reviewed by one LEGO fan.
