Your chance to save on biggest LEGO Marvel X-Men ’97 set

LEGO Marvel‘s biggest X-Men ’97 set featuring some of the most desirable minifigures based on the series is still on sale now.

X-Men ’97’s first season has come to a close with an interesting cliffhanger that will surely shape the second season. While we wait to see what’s next, now is a good time to collect and build the various X-Men ’97 sets and minifigures.

Of the multiple models, the easiest model to pick and arguably the best thanks to its minifigures is 76281 X-Men X-Jet. It’s worth keeping in mind that the set is currently on sale at GAME for 20% off.

It’s a significant discount on the recent LEGO Marvel model and keep in mind that several new sets for the theme are launching in June, in case the build moves down your list of priorities this summer. The minifigures in 76281 X-Men X-Jet include Wolverine, Cyclops, Rogue and Magneto. Three of the four are exclusive to the set and this is Rogue’s first minifigure to boot.

The jet itself uses most of the set’s 359 pieces and it includes twin cockpits with room for all of the minifigures, stud shooters on both sides of the plane and spring shooters beneath the wings. 76281 X-Men X-Jet is available now for £60 from GAME instead of £74.99.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
