April 2022 is an exciting month for the LEGO Group

April is looking like an exciting month for the LEGO Group with a new game, a Back to the Future build and a NINJAGO comic scheduled.

From a Back to the Future set, a new Wolverine minifigure and a long-awaited LEGO Star Wars game to start of the first NINJAGO comic series in partnership with Skybound Entertainment, the first seven days of April look to be exciting.

During April 2022, the LEGO Group and fans around the world can enjoy the launch of several new products across a variety of media, and here’s a reminder of what’s to come.

New sets

Multiple new LEGO sets are launching in April 2022. While the amount may not be as large as previous months in the year, it’s filled with heavy-hitters big and small such as 10300 Back to the Future Time Machine, a new X-Men minifigure in 76202 Wolverine Mech Armor, a new range of Jurassic World models including and the LEGO Star Wars Diorama Collection. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

We’ve waited over 1,000 days since it was originally announced, then delayed multiple times, but LEGO Star Wars; The Skywalker Saga is scheduled to finally launch on April 5. With a galaxy of locations to explore and hundreds of playable characters, this latest LEGO game is the new gold standard for future titles as you can read in our early preview.

LEGO NINJAGO Garmadon #1

Releasing the day after LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, April 6, is the first NINJAGO comic book series from Skybound Entertainment. Continuing the story after March of the Oni, the five issues will explore the villain after he helped the ninjas save the world, questioning his place as one of the most well-known villains in NINJAGO as a new enemy rises. Only the first issue will be available on April 6.
