Every major announcement from day two of Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025
The second day of Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025, with yet another LEGO Star Wars announcement and more highlights to recap.
While there weren’t any new movie announcements, LEGO set reveals, or new series confirmed, day two of Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025 wasn’t quite as major as the first. There are still some exciting announcements to go over, though. We’ve rounded up the day’s biggest and most important announcements in a single place to catch you up quickly.
Recap our coverage of the biggest headlines from Saturday, April 19, in more detail by clicking on the links below:
- LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy adds BrickHeadz and more
- Star Wars: Ahsoka Season 2 characters confirmed, including Anakin
For those with less time on their hands, here’s everything you need to know about the second day’s reveals directly from Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025.
Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy: Pieces of the Past

After the odd return of Jedi Bob and the downright weird debut of Darth Jar Jar and more in the first season of LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy, Pieces of the Past is confirmed to continue the story on September 19.
Plot details are limited, but the likes of Jaxxon from the Star Wars comics, 75371 Chewbacca and even the retired Ahsoka BrickHeadz are confirmed for the second season, with the likes of Admed Best and Ashley Eckstein cast for the strange (in a good way) LEGO Star Wars project.
Star Wars: Ahsoka Season 2

Speaking of Ahsoka, the second season of Ahsoka was briefly detailed in the series’ dedicated panel. Plot details are similarly being kept under wraps for now, but it was confirmed that Admiral Ackbar will be back and facing off against Thrawn and that Hayden Christensen will be back as Anakin Skywalker.
As you might have anticipated, Baylan Skoll will be recast following the passing of Ray Stevenson, too. Rory McCann will be the new face of the character, continuing what Stevenson started in the first season.
Star Wars: Zero Company
After an initial teaser earlier this week, Star Wars: Zero Company received its first trailer ahead of its release at some point in 2026. This upcoming Star Wars game takes place during the Clone Wars and focuses on an elite team of operatives. From a customisable character to a first look at the tactics-based gameplay, this title should be a major departure from the gameplay of previous Star Wars games.
The reveals include the names of the characters, notably confirming that we’ll be able to play as an Umbaran – a species not often seen in Star Wars media.
The third day of Star Wars Celebration is upon us with panels for Star Wars: Visions Volume 3, a LEGO-related panel comparing them to other Star Wars toys and the closing ceremony.
