The Acolyte

Set in the High Republic era, The Acolyte was featured at the showcase panel too, revealing footage of a vast roster of Jedi and a Sith assassin.

This footage has not been released online at the time of writing, but the announcements teased a ‘spiritual war’. Joonas Suotamo will return as a Wookiee Jedi too.

The Mandalorian

The Mandalorian’s third season is currently streaming with a new episode each week on Disney+. In the showcase panel, a few minutes of the seventh episode were revealed, reportedly teasing Thrawn from Star Wars: Rebels ahead of his upcoming appearance in Ahsoka.

The full episode is also being shown as part of a later panel. Thankfully, there are only five days for the rest of us to wait. It was also confirmed that the last two episodes of the third season will bring ‘resolution’ to both this show and The Book of Boba Fett.

Skeleton Crew

Jude Law’s character in the upcoming Skeleton Crew series is officially a Jedi as confirmed during the showcase panel. Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Kyriana Kratter, and Robert Timothy Smith were also revealed as the children who embark on an adventure alongside the Jedi.

The series is said to be inspired by Amblin Entertainment stories, explaining the young cast.

Ahsoka

Ahsoka had one of the more exciting reveals at the showcase panel with the first full trailer for the series now available.

Star Wars: Rebels appears to be required viewing with several returning characters beyond Sabine Wren. It also showcased Thrawn, providing a link to The Mandalorian.

Mandalorian-era movie

The stories set in the era of The Mandalorian, including Ahsoka, the Book of Boba Fett and Skeleton Crew, will culminate in a movie directed by Dave Filoni.

More details were not revealed but it could be an exciting opportunity for the LEGO Group’s Star Wars designers.

Dawn of the Jedi movie

The Mandalorian-era movie wasn’t the only film announcement as a project set at the very beginning of the Jedi Order was confirmed.

Directed by James Mangold, who is also directing the fifth Indiana Jones film, the movie will reveal the origins of the very first Jedi Knights.

Post-sequel movie

From the start of the Star Wars timeline to the end of it, a movie after the Rise of Skywalker was detailed with Daisy Ridley returning as Rey as she seeks to build a new Jedi Order.

This film will be directed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy.

A chronological timeline

The showcase panel also revealed a comprehensive timeline for Star Wars, revealing the eras where every current project occurs.

The inclusion of the Old Republic might suggest that there are plans to explore that era further, though nothing has been confirmed.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

Albeit it’s not a Star Wars movie but as it’s a Lucasfilm project, the upcoming fifth Indiana Jones movie had a moment to shine during the showcase panel, revealing the full official trailer.
