The event will take place on February 16, the same day the set goes on sale to VIP members. As a result, it will be open exclusively to those signed up to the company’s VIP program – but don’t worry if you’re not a member yet, as signing up is completely free.
LEGO Design Master Mike Psiaki, who was heavily involved in the development of the 2-in-1 10295 Porsche 911, will lead the session. He’ll be joined by Fabian Schmölz, Exterior Designer at Porsche, and Jörg Thilow, who works in product development at Porsche Heritage and Museum.
Over the course of the online session, you’ll be able to learn about the rich heritage behind the real-life Porsche 911, and hear how the LEGO design team converted the iconic design into a model you can build from 1,458 bricks.
The exact time of the event has yet to be confirmed, but we’ll let you know as soon as we can. For now, you can check out all the details on 10295 Porsche 911 right here, along with all the images, the exclusive owners’ pack gift-with-purchase, and the collectible art prints available to early adopters.
